How Our Workforce Training Programs Can Help Your NJ Company or Organization
If you are a private-sector employer, the NJ Community College Consortium and its partner colleges can provide you with high-quality instruction to meet virtually all of your workforce training needs.
We can train your current workforce, from single employees to your entire staff. We can also help you find and train skilled workers to fill job openings at your company. It may not be in your best interests at this moment to hire new staff, but you may be forced into it when one of your employees decides to leave. To stop a high employee turnover, you need to know How to tell if an employee is unhappy so you can make the appropriate changes to ensure they don’t leave.

This programs recruits, screens and trains unemployed individuals to fill job openings at your manufacturing company. We involve your company from the start. Training is provided in metal fabrication, cnc machining, production technology and mechatronics. If you wish, you can learn more here.
This program, also known as Employability Skills Training, provides training for your incumbent employees in personal computers (Windows OS and Office), PC databases, communications (verbal, written, customer service), mathematics & measurement, English as a second language, Spanish in the workplace, team building and other skill sets. State Funded Training Grants
